bought these for walking on paved trails in the area because I had heard great things about this brand. Was not disappointed! I loved them so much that I bought a SECOND pair 2 weeks later in basic white for casual everyday wear. Great shoe, really has helped relieve back and hip strain. Not sure if my bottom and legs are perkier/firmer because of the shoes or because I now get out and walk 5 - 7 times a week. After reading the many reviews, I did order a full shoe size above what I would normally wear and it was a perfect fit.
